The PROPHETIC Program: To save time and space, only Scripture references will be provided. You should look up the verses yourself. Here below are seven basic facts about the Prophetic Program.

1. The Prophetic Program focuses on God’s purpose and plan for the EARTH (Gen. 1:2; Exo. 19:5-6; Deut. 11:21; Josh. 3:11; Job 19:25-27; Hab. 2:14; Psa. 37:9,11,22; 46:10; 47:2,7; 72:19; 83:18; Isa. 54:4; Hosea 2:23; Matt. 5:5; 6:10; Rev. 1:5; 5:10).
2. God has SPOKEN the details of the PROPHETIC Program “Since The World Began,” since He created and placed Adam (man) on the Earth (Matt. 25:34; Luke 1:70; Acts 3:19-21).
3. Under the Prophetic Program there is a distinction between Jews and Gentiles, between the nation Israel and the Gentiles. These are and will be two separate peoples for eternity (Exodus 19:5-6; Deut. 4:1-10; 28:1; Num. 23:9; Isa. 60:1-3; Rom. 9:4-5; Eph. 2:11-12; James 1:1; 1 Peter 2:12; 1 4:3).
4. The Prophetic Program involves ‘soul salvation’ and ‘blessings ultimately from God flowing to and Through the Nation Israel unto all Nations during the Millennium (Gen. 12:1-3; Isa. 60:1-3; 61:6; Zech. 8:20-23; Lk 3:1-6).
5. The Prophetic Program had the 12 Apostles, led by Peter, to preach and instruct the nation Israel to repent and be water baptized in preparation to accept and trust her Messiah-King, Christ Jesus (Matt. 10:1-
6. This message was Jesus’ “Gospel of the Kingdom” that Peter and “the Twelve” preached. Various miraculous demonstrations accompanied their preaching in order to validate that message and to be a foretaste of the Kingdom to come (Matt. 4:23; 9:35; 10:7-8; 24:14; Mark 1:14; 16:16-20; Luke 8:1-2).

Note that ‘water baptism’ is an integral part of this “Gospel of the Kingdom” only, … not applying to Paul’s “gospel of the grace of God.” Just as circumcision was the original mark of a Jew, Water Baptism became the mark of those who would come out of apostate Israel to follow Jesus (Matt. 28:19; Mk. 16:16; Acts 2:38).

Jesus called these repentant baptized ones His “little flock” (Luke 12:32). Such believing and redeemed ones of Israel were to take that message to “all the nations of the world” (Matt. 28:18-20), but they did not. For Jesus had told “the twelve” that they “will not have gone over the cities of Israel before He returns” (Matt 10:23). So, this worldwide evangelism campaign will only occur in the Millennium, when Jesus Christ reigns over the Earth for 1,000 years (Psa. 2:6-8; Matt. 28:18-20; Acts 1:8; Rev. 20:1-7; et al.).

Prior to the Millennium, there will be a period known as the seven-year Tribulation period (see Matt. 24 and Luke 21, as well as much of the Book of Revelation). The Second Coming of Christ will conclude the seven-year Tribulation and open the Millennium (Rev. 19:11-21; 20:1).

7. The operating system of the Prophetic Program is “the Law,” whether the Mosaic Law (cf. Exo. 20, Deut. 5) or the Messianic Law (cf. Matt. 5-7). Since Israel is the literal, physical, visible, earthly people of God, they have literal, physical, visible, earthly works as a necessary part of their conduct.
8. The details of the Israel’s Prophetic Program are found in these Bible Books; Genesis through John, the early Acts period (before Acts 9 account of Paul’s salvation), and Hebrews through Revelation.

The MYSTERY PROGRAM: While much more could be said, here are seven basic facts about “the mystery” which focuses upon God’s purpose and plan for “The Heavenly Places” (Acts 9:3; Acts 22:6; Acts 26:13; 2 Cor. 5:1-2; Eph. 1:3,20; 2:6-7; 3:10; Phil. 3:20; Col. 1:5; 3:2; 2 Tim. 2:12, 4:18).

1. God had NOT SPOKEN of “the Mystery Program” ‘Since The World Began.’ He revealed it first to the Apostle Paul, with Paul being sent to preach the Mystery’s formerly Secret information to all men, the nations/ the Gentiles (Romans 16:25-26; 1 Cor. 2:6-8; Eph. 3:1-10; Col. 1:23-29; 2 Tim. 1:9-11; Titus 2:1-3). This body of truth distinguishes our doctrine for today’s age of “the dispensation of the Grace of God” (Eph. 3:2) from the ‘Prophecy Program.’
2. Under the Mystery Program there is NO distinction between Jews and Gentiles (Rom. 3:22; Gal. 3:26-28; 5:6; 6:15; Eph. 2:11-22; Col. 3:11). All believers in Jesus Christ are equal as Gentile members of Christ’s “one body,” (Gal. 3:28) of which Christ is “the head” (1 Cor. 12:12-13; Eph. 1:22-23; Col.1:24). Those outside of “the Body of Christ” during this age of grace are eternally lost, unsaved, subject to everlasting destruction (Rom. 2:3-16; Eph. 2:1-3; 5:5-6, 2Thes 1:9).
3. The Mystery Program involves an ‘assurance of soul salvation’ and blessings from God for all believers, equally. Under the Mystery Program the riches of the cross flow to all believers of all nations as Gentiles … coming about through Israel’s “FALL” and during her temporary spiritual blindness.

“Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back alway. ¹¹ I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy. ²⁵ For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this Mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.” (Romans 11:10-11, 25 (KJV)

4. Due to Israel’s unbelief, her Prophetic program was temporarily set aside (not cancelled) during this age of the pure “grace of God.” Be aware that “the church, the body of Christ” has not replaced Israel. To validate Paul’s Gospel message to the unsaved of Israel, various “special” miraculous demonstrations were temporarily given in Paul’s ministry as a “sign” (Acts 19:11-12; 1 Cor. 12:13; 1 Tim. 5:23; 2 Tim. 4:20). Israel’s water baptism is not applicable today. (1 Cor. 1:17; 2:13; Eph. 4:5).

The book of Acts describes the 30-year transitional period from fallen Israel “under the Law” to “the body of Christ” “under Grace,” so, not all that’s described during Acts is to be taken for our doctrine today!

5. The Apostle Paul preached the Cross, instructing all nations that simple faith in Jesus Christ’s dying for their sins, His burial, and His resurrection is the means of having salvation and His eternal life. Israel’s rejected Messiah is now the Saviour of the world (Acts 13:46-48; 18:6; 28:25-28; 1 Tim. 4:9-10; 2:4-7). This is “the Gospel of the Grace of God” (Acts 20:24; 1 Cor. 15:1-4)
6. The operating system of the ‘Mystery Program’ is total “Grace”; neither the Mosaic Law nor the Messianic Law apply. Since “the Church, the Body of Christ” is heavenly, and not physical or visible, nor an earthly people of God, we have no literal, physical, visible, earthly works as a necessary conduct.
7. The details of the Mystery (secret) Program are found only in Paul’s epistles (Romans through Philemon).
