day of the Lord

“The Day of the Lord” versus “the Day of Christ”

Paul had to correct the ‘lies’ of the false teachers by his epistles to the Thessalonians.

Paul said he was ‘reminding’ the Thessalonians (2Thes. 2:5) of the sequence of specific events to be expected, so they could recognize that those events had not yet occurred, evidencing that they had not missed the resurrection (Rapture) of the church to glory.

Judgements and Blessings Delayed

In this five-part study we will look at four accounts of God’s ‘delayed’ judgments, as seen in the Bible from Genesis to Revelation, as well as the delay in His ultimate eternal blessings for “the body of Christ” and as well the ultimate eternal blessings for the saved and faithful of Israel.

God is wise and purposeful, never compromising His character nor His eternal plan of all ages.
