By Grace through Faith ALONE

The largest segment of the organized Christendom, The Roman Catholic Church, has long opposed the Bible teaching for this age of the Gentiles, wherein ‘salvation is by grace, through faith alone.’ Rather, Rome teaches that it is by grace, through faith ... PLUS certain required good works [rites, rituals, and other performance requirements]. This of course negates God's 'pure 100%  grace' basis of salvation through 'faith' alone.

Roman Catholic Church Repudiates THE Core Truth

The Roman Catholic Church neglects and opposes the One Critical Doctrine for Salvation of one’s soul during today’s age of “the gospel of the grace of God,” which is … “Faith” in the one critical saving doctrine of “justification by Faith Alone” in the All-Sufficient work and effectiveness of ‘the Cross of Jesus Christ.’

The Gospel of Our Salvation

These verses gives us the core basis for a secure salvation by God's grace through faith alone ... in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

1Cor 15:3-4 I (Paul) delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures

Faith Alone

Faith is one of the most precious treasures a man can possibly possess. It is a shame that so few understand what the Bible teaches about it.

Faith is often confused with presumption, hope, optimism, determination, superstition and imagination. Actually faith is simply believing based upon the hearing of the truth of the Bible’s Gospel for us today. Faith eliminates having to “do good work” in order to be saved and to be kept saved.

Part 1 of 22 – What is Salvation?

I find that many Christians really do not know what the salvation that is of God actually includes. From what are believers saved? Of what does the believer’s salvation consist?

In these next few installments I have numbered three aspects of God salvation for believers. The first aspect of salvation is immediate, including several blessings described below. Later we will discuss a second aspect, which is in process, and a third aspect that is yet to come.
