Here, in the verses below we have the Apostle Paul’s remedy for anxiety. Yet, for many it does not seem to work for peace in their “hearts and minds.” As we should know, if Scripture seems not to work as we see it, the problem is usually not with the Bible but rather with us and our approach to it. We will consider these verses in some detail and discuss why Paul’s words here do not seem to work for many Christians.
