Comparing the KJV and NIV, NASB, et al
The NIV, NASB, ESV and most all modern Bible versions are based upon a relatively new, corrupt, Greek text that was created in 1870 by Broke Foss Westcott and Fenton Hort. Their text is built upon two unreliable Greek text; 1) The ‘Codex Vaticanus’ of Rome, and Von Tischendorf’s ‘Codex Sinaiticus.’ Neither of these compare with the ‘Codex Receptus’ upon which the Authorized Kings James Bible Version is built as drawn from the oldest and most highly numbered copies that we have.
