The Soul of Man is NOT Inherently Immortal
A 2-Part Discussion Considering
The Biblical view of ‘the Soul of Man’
As you read through the various Articles and Study Series I've posted in this website, you will note that the topic of my writing always concerns Christ and our living relationship with Him. I thought some may want to know who I am and my point of view.
Every Christian is the product of their life experiences and God's intervention in their lives. I'm just like you if you too are a believer who has received the regenerating "Spirit of life in Christ Jesus." We thus are recipients of God the Father's grace, love and His literal life, received in the person His Son, Jesus Christ, as "the Spirit of life" (Rom 8:2a, cf., 2Cor 3:17, 1John 4:13). Christ literally indwells our spirit (cf., John 3:6, 1Cor 6:17, Rom 8:16) as our new and eternal life (Col 3:4, Gal 2:20). See more.
At UN, Lapid calls for two-state solution, says world choosing ‘easy option’ on Iran
Prime Minister Yair Lapid said a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict was “the right thing” for Israel, addressing the world from the United Nations General Assembly’s high-level meeting Thursday.
Speaking on his largest stage since becoming prime minister three months ago, Lapid decried Iranian antisemitism, urged the world to counter Tehran’s nuclear ambitions with a “credible military threat,” touted Israel’s peace agreements with regional neighbors and said he and most Israelis supported a peaceful Palestinian state alongside Israel.
Netanyahu leads right-wing criticism of Lapid’s UN speech: He’s ‘endangering’ Israel
Opposition chief claims PM will give Palestinians ‘a terrorist state in the heart of the country’; premier’s left-wing partners, US hail his backing of two-state solution
Even as Lapid was still speaking, opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu released a video statement accusing him of “endangering” Israel’s future by renewing discussion of Palestinian statehood.
“Lapid is bringing the Palestinians back to the forefront of the world stage and putting Israel right into the Palestinian pit,” he said.
In recent years, Israeli leaders have largely distanced themselves from Palestinian statehood, even though Netanyahu himself called for a two-state solution at the UN in 2016.
